An all star lineup due to kick off the new year in style:
Rich Tan
Diamond Director, USANA Philippines
Rich is 29 years old, former IT professional from HP who went full time with his USANA business 3 years ago. He has been consistently one of the top 10 PH top income earners and an AP Growth awardee in 2012. He has been a speaker in Singapore for their training event and was also the keynote speaker during 2013 January celebration in Malaysia. He can talk about his USANA journey on how he was able to give up a high paying IT career profession to building a business. On the personal angle, Rich grew up practically without his parents because they were working as OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) in Japan. He finished high school and graduated Computer Science as a full scholar. He worked hard to be an IT Manager (SAP licensed Consultant) for IBM and Chevron before deciding to give up an offer to work in the US in exchange of doing USANA. After a year of doing the business, he was able to build a solid income that support his siblings and eventually convince his parents to go back home and retire.
Rich has this to say:
“Life is already very comfortable being a solid Ruby Director with a sports car, a bachelor's pad and investments plus savings. This is already a lot to take in for a 29 year-old bachelor here in the Philippines but I realized when I attended the US convention that my COMFORT ZONE is just but a small dot compared to what USANA can still give. Don't get me wrong, I am happy and well satisfied with what I have now but I am not yet contented of who I can become. Each and every one of us can be somebody REALLY GREAT! We really can help change this world we live in for the better starting off with ourselves, then our families, our friends and the people around us. We can do this by not looking how big our comfort zones are but rather how BIG our DREAMS are. Together, let’s help CHANGE the WORLD!”
